“DONT TURN YOUR ANGER INTO RAGE” -Curtis Hayes (pic 8)
Today was magically eventful.. I woke up had some spring water & grab the beer from last night & made my way to my community garden to meditate. I ended up meeting the gardener, Hank..
I told him, I wanted to grow an apple blossom tree in my sun bay at home, & asked if he had any tips. From there, I lended him a hand building the tomatoe cages (pic1), then he let me plant the Scarlet Runner Beans by the tomato’s (pic 2/3). Afterwards, he offered my very own spot in the garden (pic 4), where I immediately planted: carrots, spinach, dragon flowers ( &I forget the other), kale, purple & green beans. & just like I BECAME A GARDENER‼️ While planting, a couple of my neighbors I met about 3 years ago sat by to chat w/ me while they ate lunch. From there, 5 others stopped by just to chat w/ us. It was a beautiful thing. 1 of them was European-American (not white), another was Argentinian, & the rest were African-American (not black). We talked about are strengths as individuals & how we’ve been effected by & surviving the country’s state. We came up with plans to help each & most importantly, THE KIDS BRO‼️ & just like that WE BECAME A TRIBE‼️✊🏾✌🏾
